tired of everything

haven't been blogging lately because i haven't been feeling well mentally.
lots of things happened lately and i'm trying my best to fix them, even though it's not working.
didn't want to blog about it because i don't want to seem like I'm such an unhappy person or to bring anyone's mood down. 
honestly tired of everything, i just want to leave. 
on days like these i feel so lost.
sometimes i wonder what am i actually living for.

on the side note, i've took some time during my spare time to write some advices for you guys. the first half of 2014 is already over, i hope you take the remaining opportunity to make the best out of everything in life. may you find joy in everything you do and may good things come to you. i hope all of you will never have to go through what i've went through or what i am going through now, and be happy.

lonely advice

Health:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
3. Eat more plant-based food.
4. Eat what you love and what you crave for.
5. Have at least 7 hours of sleep everyday.
6. Keep a positive mindset.
7. Don't forget to eat your greens & fruits everyday.
8. Put health into consideration.
9. Exercise more.
10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily.
11. Reduce junk & consume wholesome food.

Personality:
1. Forgive and forget.
2. Don't take some things too seriously.
3. Don't make comparisons with others - it doesn't get you anywhere!
4. Don't forget to work towards your dreams.
5. Know your limits.
6. Love yourself for who you are.
7. Trust yourself.
8. Keep your chin up and be confident.
9. Get right up after you fall; failure isn't an option!
10. Don't take things for granted.
11. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
12. Make peace with your past.
13. Don't get too caught up in the past.
14. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
15. Don't be afraid to initiate a smile to a stranger.
16. Smile often and laugh more.
17. Don't take harsh words to heart.
18. Be generous with your money, time and your heart.
19. Be humble.
20. Help others in need whenever you can.

Society:
1. Spend more time with your family members.
2. Spoil your loved ones with food and occasional gifts.
3. Be generous with what you have & share whatever you have.
4. What others think of you is not important.
5. Forget the ones who have hurt you.
6. Surround yourself with people who make you happy.
7. Care less about unimportant things.
8. Do something good each day.
9. Forgive everyone.
10. Don't bear a grudge against anyone.
11. Be mindful of your words.
12. Spend more time with the elderly.
13. Try to make at least 3 people smile a day.
14. Chocolates and ice-cream are your best friends.
15. If it's not okay, it's not the end.
16. Visit your close relatives often.
17. Organise family gatherings.
18. Buy things for your friends if you know they like it.
19. Don't lose your happiness at the expense of giving it to others.
20. Find a guy/girl who makes you feel right.
21. Write letters or small notes to your friends occasionally.
22. Bake often and share those cookies with your friends.
23. Be kind to others & yourself.
24. Do small things with great love.


Get up from your bed in the morning, have a good stretch, take a cold shower, have a hearty breakfast, decide on doing something you love - read a book, do a sketch, lie on your bed, listen to music, dance to your favourite song, call someone; do something you love everyday. Do something for yourself. Do what truly makes you happy.
