Vegan double chocolate cookies (so TASTY)

Introducing to you my latest bakes - vegan double chocolate cookies!! These are so soft, moist and just full of CHOCOLATE. If you're a fan of chocolate like me, then you will LOVE IT.

Don't worry, the recipe is as simple as how these cookies look. They are also dairy-free, 100% vegan, no EGGS, no BUTTER, low in sugar.

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar/brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup oat milk/almond milk (any non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (I used hershey's)
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli's semi-sweet chocolate chips)

1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
2. Whisk the coconut oil and sugar together, then add the non-dairy milk and vanilla extract.
3. In a separate bowl, mix: plain flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt together.
4. Combine both wet and dry ingredients, then add the chocolate chips.
5. Roll the dough into small balls using your hands and then place them onto the baking sheet.
6. Bake for 8 minutes.

Let them cool first before eating.
Tip: Eating them right after they are out of the oven can be very heaty and bad for your throat, so let them cool first!
